Benefits: 18 days PTO, medical, dental, vision, 401K with match, and discretionary bonus Paid parking Dynamic and supportive team environment Career growth and professional development opportunities Commitment to work-life balance State-of-the-art technology and resources Job Details Bankruptcy & Creditors' Rights Legal Assistant Responsibilities Prepare, proofread, and format bankruptcy documents including proofs of claim, stay relief motions, and objections E-file pleadings via CM/ECF and state e-filing systems Monitor and track case deadlines, hearings, and critical dates Communicate professionally with clients, court staff, trustees, and opposing counsel Maintain and organize electronic and physical case files Assist with scheduling, calendar management, and hearing preparation Support docket monitoring and basic legal research as assigned Qualifications 2+ years of legal assistant experience in creditors' rights required CM/ECF and state/federal e-filing proficiency required Strong organizational skills and ability to thrive in a high-volume environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office Professional communication skills with clients, courts, and counsel Equal Opportunity Statement Jobot is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
