We look forward to meeting you. Assist clients with policy questions and clarify complex coverage details in plain language. Process policy endorsements and address billing inquiries with accuracy. Communicate with insurance carriers to resolve discrepancies and secure necessary documentation. Maintain accurate and up-to-date client files within our digital systems. Collaborate with our sales team to ensure a smooth transition for new policyholders. Proactively reach out to clients to review their coverage needs and ensure they remain well-protected. Active Maryland Property & Casualty insurance license is a plus (open to candidates willing to obtain license) Previous experience working in an insurance agency setting. Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite and agency management software. Clear and empathetic verbal communication skills. High school diploma or equivalent.
