The hours for this position are 9 AM - 2 PM, Monday - Friday. This is a part-time position.

The Part-Time Receptionist position pays $17.50/hour.

We are located at 51 Scarborough Lane, Milford, NH. This position is onsite.

Acts as first point of contact for in-person guests for the New Hampshire plant

Acts as first point of contact by managing a multi-line phone system for both New Hampshire and Ohio plants

Manages visitor check-ins by using and maintaining an electronic check-in system

Maintains daily statistics on call and visitor volume

Orders, maintains, and stocks office and coffee supplies

Distributes and sorts mail daily

Performs various clerical duties as needed, such as: filing, photocopying, preparing Microsoft Word documents and Excel Spreadsheets

Provides support for ad-hoc project and event planning work

High school diploma or general education diploma (GED) Range of Experience:

1-2 years of administrative experience is a plus; will consider combination of experience and education

Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills

Excellent oral and written communication

Dependability and confidentiality a must

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Adaptability in a fast-paced environment

Attention to detail and high degree of accuracy

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk, use hands to handle or touch; reach, talk, hear, and smell.
