Ochsner Health is seeking a registered nurse to manage pre-admission, admission, and continued stay reviews in a hospital setting. The role involves coordinating discharge planning with the care team, ED physicians, and hospitalists, ensuring medically necessary care and documenting in the medical record. Required: RN license, accredited nursing program, BLS. Preferred: Case Management certification. Works 24/7 flexibility and aligns with CMS and payer guidelines. #J-18808-Ljbffr
