TechnologyLab, LLC is seeking a Tier 1 Field Tech to provide onsite and remote support in the Dallas, TX area. You will install, configure, troubleshoot, and maintain hardware and software systems, including network gear, access points, projectors, doc cams, and charging carts. You will work closely with Tier 2 and 3 techs to resolve issues.
