About Our Agency: I've been a State Farm agent since 2011 and spent three years as a team member before opening my own agency, giving me a strong foundation in both customer service and team development. Today, we're a team of six focused on growth, support, and delivering a great experience for our customers. I earned my marketing degree from McNeese State and have been married for 13 years. My wife and I have three boys who keep life busy and fun. I stay actively involved in my church and participate in many neighborhood and community events. For our team, we offer health insurance, PTO, life insurance, a retirement plan, bonuses, and travel opportunities. Our office culture is positive, supportive, and team-oriented. We like to have fun, avoid micromanaging, and truly root for each other's success. Role Description: As a Customer Relations Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Jared Dolan - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support. Responsibilities: Manage customer inquiries and resolve issues. Maintain customer records and update information as needed. Assist with customer retention strategies. Coordinate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications: Communication and problem-solving skills. Experience in customer service preferred. Ability to handle high-stress situations calmly.
Compensation: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year.
