Client Relations Specialist

Working remotely in a full-time contract-to-hire capacity, the Client Relations Specialist will manage inbound client inquiries, qualify leads, and assist attorneys while providing exceptional service in a fast-paced legal environment. Key responsibilities Serve as the first point of contact for prospective clients by answering and directing inbound calls Monitor and respond to online inquiries from potential clients and schedule consultations with attorneys Enter and track lead information accurately in the firm's CRM system while assisting with documentation gathering Required qualifications Professional communication style with strong customer service skills Prior law firm intake experience strongly preferred Bachelor's degree preferred Proficiency with Windows, Microsoft Office, and Adobe Acrobat Comfortable learning and using new technology and software platforms
