Associate Attorney — FinanceLocation: New York, NYOur client, a prominent AmLaw 50 firm, is seeking a talented Mid-Level Finance Associate Attorney to join their rapidly-expanding structured finance practice in New York. This is an exciting opportunity for a finance-focused attorney to work on sophisticated transactions in a dynamic and growing office.Candidate Profile:JD from a top-tier law school with a strong academic record.Active Bar Admission in New York.3–5 years of substantive experience representing investment banks and/or asset managers in structuring and documenting collateralized loan obligation transactions.Demonstrated experience with acquisition financings, cross-border financings, and syndicated credit facilities.Prior experience at a large law firm is strongly preferred.Excellent drafting, analytical, and negotiation skills.Ability to manage multiple transactions and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:Represent lenders in a broad range of financing transactions, including acquisition financings and syndicated credit facilities.Draft and negotiate loan documents and related transactional materials.Coordinate and conduct due diligence, and oversee all aspects of deal execution.Collaborate with partners and clients to develop and implement deal strategies.Work closely with cross-office teams on multi-jurisdictional matters.Why Join Us?This role offers the chance to build your finance practice within a high-performing, collaborative environment at a firm known for its innovative client service and commitment to attorney development.
