Service Manager Are you a driven leader with a strong background in the Plumbing, Drain & Sewer industry? We’re looking for a Service & Installation Manager to lead daily operations across our service and install departments while developing high-performing teams and delivering exceptional customer experiences. Responsibilities Lead and support Service Technicians and Installation crews to ensure efficient day-to-day operations Communicate directly with customers regarding installation estimates and project details Drive accountability in sales performance, operational efficiency, and technical workmanship through ride-alongs, site inspections, and coaching Monitor and report on key performance metrics to identify trends and improve department performance Recruit, mentor, and develop the next generation of technicians and installers Participate in leadership development and advanced training initiatives Ensure all teams consistently follow company policies, procedures, and safety standards Qualifications Experience in the Plumbing, Drain & Sewer industry is REQUIRED Proven leadership experience managing service and/or installation teams Strong communication, coaching, and organizational skills Ability to analyze operational performance and implement improvements Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving abilities Valid driver’s license preferred What We Offer Competitive compensation Employer-sponsored health and dental insurance Company Profit Share opportunity Ongoing leadership and technical training Supportive, team-oriented work environment Cell phone and laptop Fuel Card 10 days PTO Base of $80k to $85 + incentives = $100k to $125k Join a company that values leadership, accountability, and growth while providing opportunities to make a lasting impact on both employees and customers. #J-18808-Ljbffr
