Maintenance Technician

Role Description The Maintenance Technician is a full-time, on-site position based in Middlefield, OH. This role is responsible for performing routine and preventive maintenance on building systems, equipment, and facilities to ensure safe and efficient operation. Daily tasks may include inspecting and repairing mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems; troubleshooting issues; and coordinating with vendors or contractors for specialized services. Qualifications Strong skills in facility maintenance, including basic mechanical, electrical, and plumbing repair. Ability to perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting of equipment and building systems. Experience using hand tools, power tools, and maintenance equipment safely and effectively. Capability to read and interpret technical manuals, diagrams, and maintenance documentation. Solid organizational and time-management skills to prioritize multiple work orders and projects. Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with staff, vendors, and contractors. Commitment to workplace safety, including adherence to OSHA guidelines and company policies. High school diploma or equivalent; vocational or technical training in maintenance or a related field is preferred. Previous experience in building or industrial maintenance is highly beneficial.
