Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to understand clients' mental health concerns, strengths, and resources to tailor effective treatment plans.

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy based on established evidence-based treatment modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care.

• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary treatment team to design and implement comprehensive, client-centered treatment plans, regularly evaluating progress and adjusting as necessary.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions and psychoeducation workshops to enhance clients’ understanding of their mental health and develop coping strategies.

• Manage crisis situations effectively, performing risk assessments and developing safety plans when required, always prioritizing client welfare and best practices.

Compensation and Benefits\n
