Job Summary

As a Physical Therapist, you will conduct patient intakes and evaluations, develop individualized care plans, prescribe treatments, and educate patients on their therapy goals. Collaboration with a multidisciplinary team is essential to ensure holistic patient care. You will monitor patient progress, adjust treatment plans as needed, and provide guidance to caregivers for safe home care.

Responsibilities

• Deliver thorough physical therapy services across various care settings.
• Develop and update treatment plans based on patient assessments and progress.
• Educate patients and families on therapy techniques, safety, and equipment use.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize patient outcomes.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and maintain compliance with healthcare standards.
• Engage in continuing education to stay current with best practices and regulatory requirements.

Education and Experience

• Clinical doctorate, Master's, or Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy.
• Preferred: At least one year of physical therapy practice experience.

Licenses and Certifications

• Current, unrestricted license to practice Physical Therapy in Washington State.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
