Porter / Groundskeeper The Lodge at Shavano Park 3838 Lockhill-Selma Rd. San Antonio, TX 78230 We have a Porter / Groundskeeper position at our Management Support property with 370 apartment units. Property website: Corporate website: Hourly pay rate: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour. Full-time schedule: 40 hours per week. Payroll every 2 weeks with direct deposit. Qualifications Lift and carry 30 lb up stairs Grounds care. Pick-up trash Work under direction of Maintenance Foreman and Apartment Manager Bilingual (any language) a plus Understand company policies MS manages its own luxury Class A and B+ multifamily apartments with extraordinary interior and community amenities. We presently manage about 13,500 Class A units within 36 properties.
