About the Role
W2 C2C Location: McLean VA (Local Candidates Preferred) Work Model: Onsite from Day One
Responsibilities
- ✅ 3+ years of Project Management experience
- ✅ Hands-on experience with Wrike, Asana, or Jira
- ✅ Strong expertise in Project Planning, Risk Management, Change Management, and Governance
- ✅ Experience working with business, technology, digital, and communications stakeholders
- ✅ Knowledge of Agile and/or Waterfall (SDLC) methodologies
- ✅ Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills
Required Skills
- Drive end-to-end project execution while ensuring alignment with PMO standards and governance
- Manage project timelines, scope, risks, dependencies, and deliverables
- Facilitate collaboration across business and technical teams
- Lead stakeholder meetings and provide executive-level status reporting
- Identify and mitigate project risks while ensuring successful delivery outcomes
- Coordinate cross-program dependencies and maintain project documentation
