Work Environment

Key Responsibilities

As a Physical Therapist at Cascade Verge, your daily responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive evaluations to assess patients' physical capabilities and design personalized treatment plans in accordance with physicians' referrals.
• Delivering targeted therapeutic interventions that may include strength training, flexibility exercises, and manual therapy, ensuring a holistic approach to recovery.
• Maintaining accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes, adhering to clinical best practices and compliance standards.
• Demonstrating excellent customer service by communicating effectively with patients, their families, and other healthcare professionals to foster a positive patient experience.
• Working collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team, leveraging diverse expertise to maximize patient outcomes.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution.
• A current state license as a Doctor of Physical Therapy, issued by the Physical Therapy Examining Committee.
• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in a rehabilitation setting.
• Active CPR certification.
• Proficient written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with patients and team members.
• Strong computer skills, including familiarity with electronic health record systems and basic software applications necessary for documentation and communication.

Compensation and Benefits
