This full-time position is primarily onsite, allowing you to engage directly with patients in the comfort of their own homes. Key Responsibilities

• Assess and fulfill the physical therapy needs and objectives of each individual patient.
• Maintain a manageable patient load by treating one patient per hour, ensuring quality care through personalized attention.
• Deliver effective orthopedic therapies aimed at enhancing the range of motion and mobility, while minimizing reliance on medications or surgical interventions.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans utilizing a variety of therapeutic techniques, including manual therapy and therapeutic exercises.
• Design and recommend fitness and wellness programs that cater specifically to the clinical and personal goals of each patient.
• Provide ongoing encouragement and motivation to patients throughout their treatment process, cultivating their physical capabilities and confidence.
• Monitor patient progress, evaluate treatment outcomes, and adjust care plans as necessary based on clinical evidence.
• Document all patient interactions and therapy services provided to maintain accurate medical records.
• Engage in collaboration with other healthcare professionals to ensure a comprehensive approach to patient care.

Qualifications

• Possession of a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) is required, demonstrating a solid academic foundation in physical therapy practices.
• A current and valid license as a Physical Therapist in the state of Virginia.
• No history of board or disciplinary actions against your license, ensuring professional integrity and compliance.
• Proficiency in manual therapy techniques is essential for delivering hands-on quality care.
• Experience in designing and implementing effective exercise programs tailored to individual rehabilitation goals.
• Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) software, particularly WebPT, to document patient services efficiently.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of two years of experience as a Physical Therapist, specifically in orthopedic outpatient settings, is highly preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to integrate evidence-based practices into patient care, ensuring high standards of clinical effectiveness.
• Experience in a home care setting is a plus, as it aligns with our focus on personalized, patient-centered therapy.

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation for this role ranges from USD 130,000 to 140,000 annually, reflecting our commitment to attracting and retaining top talent.
