Bilingual Customer Support Specialist I (Spanish)

First-Bank in Asheville, NC is seeking a Customer Support Specialist-Bilingual to serve Spanish-speaking customers and branch staff via phone, email and chat. This role focuses on first call resolution for retail banking inquiries and basic online banking support.
