If you want a career beyond a job, Iron Mountain wants to hear from you. ***This job is In-Person and not a remote Job, location is: 2310 E El Segundo Blvd, El Segundo, CA*** What We Offer A set schedule Monday - Friday (OT may be required) Candidates with Prior or active Tier 3 clearances or higher Clearances are highly encouraged to apply Location: 2310 E El Segundo Blvd, El Segundo, CA 1st Shift: 7am - 3:30pm FULL BENEFITS – 1st Day of Employment Starting at $19.44 paid biweekly Eligible for SCA Pay of up to an additional $4.57/hr (if benefits are declined) 2 Weeks Paid Vacation, 7 Paid Holidays + Sick Pay Key Responsibilities Sorting, prepping, and scanning hard copy records, ensuring a quality image Following production procedures and completing internal documentation and tracking Index Key Data into multiple software applications Print Document Control Sheets for all records Adhering to Imaging Center guidelines to maintain a clean work environment Other duties specified by your Supervisor/Manager Requirements Must be willing and able to obtain a Secret DoD Clearance (Tier 5) before starting. US citizenship is required to obtain this clearance level. Familiarity with PC and other computer-related products/administrative experience Proficiency in reading, writing, and communicating in English Work independently with minimal supervision Understand the importance of detail and accuracy. Ability to work at a sustained pace to meet production rates while producing quality work. Must be able to lift up to 40lbs. Candidates with Prior or active Tier 3 clearances or higher Clearances are highly encouraged to apply Reasonably expected salary range: $34,800.00 - $43,500.00 Please note that an employee’s starting salary may vary based on a variety of factors. WhereState, Municipal, Provincial, Territorial or other legal minimum wages exceed the federal minimum wage, employees are entitled to the higher rate.
