- Company Description: Spirk Brothers, Inc. is a family-owned full-service commercial construction/ project management firm that has been serving clients throughout the Eastern and Mid-Atlantic regions since 1985. We provide construction management, general contracting, renovations, tenant fit-outs, facilities maintenance, and capital improvement services for a diverse range of clients. Our portfolio includes projects within the financial, hospitality, retail, corporate, and commercial sectors. Known for our long-standing client relationships, we take pride in delivering projects safely, efficiently, and with minimal disruption to ongoing operations. As our company continues to grow, our team is looking to add a Project Manager who shares our commitment to client satisfaction and delivering successful projects. This individual will play a key role in managing commercial construction projects, building relationships with clients and subcontractors, and contributing to the continued success of our organization.

Responsibilities
- Manage multiple commercial construction projects simultaneously
- Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and project teams
- Review and process RFIs, submittals, and change orders
- Develop and maintain project schedules
- Monitor project budgets and profitability
- Attend client meetings and provide project updates
- Ensure compliance with contract documents and safety requirements
- Lead projects through successful closeout
Qualifications
- 3+ years of commercial construction project management experience
- Strong understanding of construction means and methods
- Experience xhyhwjd managing budgets, schedules, and subcontractors
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and construction management software
