Experts in the art of hospitality, Idaho Central Arena and Block22 Companies create memorable experiences. We are a destination for experiences beyond the ordinary, the heart of downtown Boise. As a Concessions Server at IC Arena, you’ll provide fast, friendly service while taking and preparing guest orders and processing payments for Arena concession stands.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Greet all guests warmly to create a welcoming customer experience
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
• Operate point-of-sale terminal to process cash and card transactions
• Balance register at the end of shift and ensure accurate financial reporting
• Maintain cleanliness of the concessions counter and surrounding areas
• Restock condiments, napkins, and other supplies as needed
• Follow sanitation procedures including wiping surfaces and emptying trash
• Communicate effectively with customers, coworkers, and supervisors
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned

• Previous concessions, food service, or retail experience preferred
• Strong work ethic and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Friendly, outgoing, and committed to customer satisfaction
• Strong communication and basic math skills
• Ability to follow instructions and stay organized under pressure
• Available to work shifts according to Idaho Central Arena events

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to stand for long periods (4+ hours)
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 25 lbs.
