Olsten Staffing is currently recruiting for a Sales Representative for a client's Conway, SC office. This is a full-time, temp-to-hire opportunity with a company that values initiative, professionalism, and results.

We are seeking an energetic, motivated inside sales professional who is ready to learn and build a long-term career in Sign Sales. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment.
Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain customer relationships
  
• Generate and follow up on sales leads
  
• Prepare quotes and assist customers with product and service inquiries
  
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
  
• Maintain accurate records and sales documentation
  
• Provide professional and timely communication to clients
  

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of sales experience preferred
  
• Background in marketing, manufacturing, or service-based industries is a plus
  
• Detail-oriented and highly organized
  
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
  
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
  
• Professional demeanor with excellent customer service skills
  
• Team-oriented mindset and collaborative approach

Pay Details: $16.00 to $24.00 per hour
