Wastewater Treatment Sr. Manager

Constellation Brands is seeking a Wastewater Treatment Sr. Manager to lead wastewater operations at a manufacturing facility. This role oversees treatment systems to ensure reliable performance, regulatory compliance, and protection of surrounding communities. You will manage plant staff and contractors, optimize processes, and track KPIs around quality, efficiency, and safety. The Sr. Manager partners with Environmental, Health & Safety and Operations teams, drives continuous improvement, and implements innovative, cost-effective treatment and reuse solutions that support sustainable, responsible growth of our iconic beverage brands. Responsibilities Lead daily operations of wastewater treatment systems at the manufacturing facility Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local environmental and discharge regulations Manage and develop wastewater operations team, contractors, and vendor relationships Monitor plant performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize process efficiency and quality Implement preventive maintenance and reliability programs for treatment equipment Develop and manage operating and capital budgets for wastewater systems Maintain documentation, permits, and reporting for regulatory agencies and audits Drive continuous improvement, safety, and sustainability initiatives, including reuse and conservation projects Collaborate with Operations, EHS, and Engineering on expansions and process changes Support incident response, risk mitigation, and emergency planning for wastewater operations Required Skills Wastewater treatment plant operations Industrial wastewater process design and optimization Regulatory compliance (EPA, state, local) SCADA and process control systems Data analysis and KPI management Budgeting and cost control Team leadership and people management Environmental health and safety practices Preventive and predictive maintenance planning Project management #J-18808-Ljbffr
