Senior Real Estate PE Counsel & Legal Lead
The BAM Companies
The BAM Companies is seeking a General Counsel to serve as the firm's senior legal officer, overseeing fund formation, capital raising, real estate transactions, governance, regulatory compliance, and risk management across BAM’s investment platform.
This hands-on role partners with Principals and the Chief Business Officer to structure and close transactions while protecting the firm and its investors, with a focus on scalable legal operations as BAM grows across funds and vehicles.
