Methuen Construction is seeking an independent IT Support Analyst to join our internal helpdesk. You will provide hands-on and remote support to employees across the Northeast, handling hardware, software, and connectivity issues while ensuring IT operations run smoothly. Ideal candidates bring 3–5 years of deskside experience, strong customer service, and the ability to multitask in a distributed environment.
