• Salary range: $50K-$60K
• Mon-Fri 100% onsite in office 8:30am-5:30pm
• Our IT Team is looking for candidates who have both strong customer service skills and technical experience.
o Candidates need to be able to assist our executives with both software & hardware issues
Main responsibilities include:
- Provide desktop/help desk support for Windows PCs, laptops, printers, peripherals, and mobile devices
- Support Microsoft 365 , including Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, SharePoint, and OneDrive
- Handle user accounts and access , including password resets and group/access changes
- Work with Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID/Azure AD, and Microsoft 365 administration
- Troubleshoot basic networking issues involving Wi-Fi, Ethernet, VPN, DNS, DHCP, and shared resources
- Log, prioritize, update, and close requests through a help desk ticketing system
- Assist with new-hire onboarding, role changes, and employee offboarding
- Track IT equipment and maintain asset/inventory records
- Support remote employees, conference rooms, video conferencing, and collaboration tools
- Follow IT security procedures related to phishing, malware, unauthorized access, and data protection
- Assist with workstation upgrades, implementations, and other IT projects. 05 - IT HELP DESK TECHNICIAN
