Automotive Sales Manager – Subaru North OrlandoSubaru North Orlando is seeking an experienced, motivated, and results-driven Automotive Sales Manager to join our leadership team.We are looking for a proven automotive sales professional who knows how to lead a team, desk deals, drive performance, and deliver an exceptional customer experience. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who can motivate and develop Sales Consultants while maintaining a strong focus on volume, profitability, and customer satisfaction.ResponsibilitiesLead, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and dealership goalsDesk deals and assist Sales Consultants with structuring and closing transactionsMonitor daily sales activity, appointments, leads, closing ratios, and overall performanceTrain and develop Sales Consultants on sales processes, product knowledge, and customer serviceHold team members accountable for CRM usage, follow-up, and dealership processesAssist with recruiting, onboarding, and developing new Sales ConsultantsWork closely with the General Sales Manager, Finance Department, and other dealership leadershipHelp manage new and pre-owned vehicle inventory, pricing, aging, and merchandisingMaintain a strong presence on the sales floor and assist with customer concerns when neededMaximize sales volume and gross profit while maintaining high levels of customer satisfactionEnsure compliance with dealership policies and applicable regulationsQualificationsPrevious automotive dealership sales management experience requiredStrong desking, closing, and deal-structuring skillsProven ability to lead, motivate, coach, and hold a sales team accountableStrong understanding of dealership sales operations and processesExperience with dealership CRM and inventory management systemsExcellent communication, leadership, and organizational skillsCustomer-focused with the ability to resolve concerns professionallyResults-driven with a strong work ethicAbility to work a flexible retail schedule, including evenings and weekendsValid driver's license with a clean driving record requiredWhat We OfferCompetitive management compensation packagePerformance-based earning opportunityHealth, Dental, and Vision Insurance401(k)Paid Time OffEmployee discountsCareer growth and advancement opportunitiesPre-employment background check and drug screening required.
