Our client has a brand new opportunity for a qualified Desktop Support Technician to join their team onsite in Terrace Doral, FL. The technician will open, update, and close support tickets in ServiceNow.Skills and Qualifications:Minimum 1+ years of experience providing onsite desktop supportMinimum 1+ years of experience in ServiceNowWindows/Mac experience, Windows 11 OS Navigating and troubleshootingActive Directory experience "managing users and computers"Experience imaging and installing Laptops and PCsMicrosoft Intune experience - Managing users and devicesOffice 365 - Troubleshooting experienceMust have ability to stand, bend, stoop, and or kneel for extended periods of timeMust be able to lift up to 50lbs.Excellent communication skills both written and verbalWage Range: The rate for this position is between $22.38 - $29.84 per hour, unless local minimum wage is higher.
