Per Diem Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – $38–$40/Hour
Location: Fishkill, NY / Holmes, NY Area
Pay: $38–$40/hour, depending on experience
Job Type: Per Diem
Shifts: All Shifts Available – Evening Shift Priority

Ethan Allen Workforce Solutions is hiring an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a per diem LPN position in the Fishkill/Holmes, NY area. This is an excellent opportunity for an LPN seeking flexible scheduling, competitive hourly pay, and the potential for ongoing assignments in a long-term care, skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or geriatric nursing environment.

Evening shift coverage is a priority. Qualified LPNs may have the opportunity to work various shifts based on facility needs and availability.

LPN Schedule Requirements

• Must be available to work a minimum of 3 days per week
• Must be available to work at least 1 weekend per month
• Flexible per diem LPN schedule
• Potential for ongoing assignments
• Evening shift is the current priority, but all shifts are available

LPN Requirements

• Active New York State LPN license in good standing required
• Minimum 1 year of LPN nursing experience required
• Experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, rehabilitation, nursing home, or geriatric nursing required
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and patient-care skills
• Reliable attendance and ability to work independently and as part of a healthcare team

What You’ll Do
As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you will provide nursing care to residents and patients while working collaboratively with CNAs, RNs, physicians, and other healthcare professionals. Responsibilities may include administering medications and treatments, monitoring patient conditions, documenting care, communicating changes in condition, and supporting individualized care plans.
