• Protect throughput by rapidly diagnosing failures and restoring production lines to service.
• Own line setups and changeovers; troubleshoot, repair, and reassemble complex machinery.
• Tackle mechanical work such as fabrication, welding, cutting, and precision assembly.
• Handle electrical scope: motor/fuse/cable replacement; conduit installation; wire pulling across 120/208/240/480V.
• Drive reliability through scheduled preventive maintenance.
• Support installations of new manufacturing equipment from rig-in to run-ready.
• Advance continuous improvement by shaping machine and process design for existing and new lines.
• Elevate standards by improving/implementing SOPs and influencing line layout and plant design.
• Keep PM logbooks current, manage tool crib readiness, and uphold CFR 210/211 OTC compliance.
• Contribute to building and facilities care: boilers, air handling units, and HVAC systems.
• Document service history and create repeatable setup sheets to lock in consistent results across campaigns.
• Leverage OEM manuals to guide proper operation and maintenance.
• Initiate purchase requisitions to maintain inventory and parts availability.
• Be the steady hand after hours when needed (e.g., fire alarm/security issues); most duties occur during normal business hours.
• Serve as a go-to resource for maintenance questions and requests.
• Champion safety by ensuring OSHA compliance and complete recordkeeping.

• High school diploma or GED.
• 5–7 years of experience in manufacturing maintenance; working knowledge of GMP; flexibility to work beyond standard hours as needed (1st shift 6 AM–2 PM; 2nd shift 2 PM–10 PM).
• Expert troubleshooting across mechanical and electrical domains, including pumps and packaging/process equipment.
• Agility, teamwork, and a strong cultural fit in a fast-moving environment.

Ideal candidates are open to a swing shift (10 AM–8 PM) or full second shift (2 PM–10 PM).

• Bottle/jar fillers: Packaging Dynamics, Elgin piston fillers, piston fillers, rotary bottle fillers.
• Tube equipment: COESIA Kalix tube fillers; ultrasonic sealers.
• H/F/F/S: Bartelts for liquid and powder filling.
• V/F/F/S: Prodo Paks.
• Pre-made pouch systems: PSG Lee.
• Pumps: Axiflow, diaphragm, positive displacement.
• Cartoners; end-of-line: Videojet case labelers, case tapers, case erectors.
• Blending tanks.

• Designing and executing preventive maintenance plans.
• Comfort with 120/208/240/480V power systems.
• Electrical fault isolation and repair.
• Broad maintenance and repair capabilities.
• Equipment diagnostics and troubleshooting.
• Installation and wiring of production assets.
• Repair and maintenance of equipment across packaging and blending operations.
• Equipment installation from planning through startup.

• MIG welding.
