Join Our Expanding Women's Health Team

Our vibrant community health center located in Orange County, California, is looking to enhance its women's health services by welcoming an OB/GYN to our dedicated team. This role features a Monday to Friday schedule with no weekend duties. The primary focus will be on gynecological care, and while performing deliveries is optional, it is available for those interested. The selected OB/GYN will have a significant opportunity to influence and develop our women's health program within the community. Given our large Spanish-speaking patient base, proficiency in Spanish is preferred but not mandatory.

Flexible Work Schedule and Competitive Compensation

We provide a flexible work arrangement, offering options for either 4 ten-hour days or 5 eight-hour days. The compensation package is generous, ranging from $400,000 to $460,000 , along with a comprehensive benefits package.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver obstetric and gynecological care, including routine and high-risk pregnancies.
• Provide prenatal and postpartum care.
• Conduct in-office procedures such as colposcopies, biopsies, cryotherapy, and endometrial ablations.
• Collaborate with two nearby hospitals for patient deliveries.

Qualifications

We are seeking an OB/GYN with a minimum of two years of clinical experience. This position is particularly suited for a physician looking for a change of pace while still making a meaningful contribution to the community.
