These methodologies and processes are reinforced through our organization’s externally accredited certifications, which include ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management System (QMS), ISO/IEC 20000-1:2011 IT Service Management Systems (SMS, corporate ITIL certification), ISO 27001:2005 Information Security Management System (ISMS), and CMMI-DEV Level 3Job DescriptionJOB RESPONSIBILITIES:Make 120+ dials per dayConducting calls with or without scriptsSpeak to as many IT decision makers as possibleWork with a team and independentlyTrack and document activities in the CRM system and communicate with the Sales Lead, as requiredSchedule onsite appointments for Outside Sales to closeProvide reporting of progress against daily and weekly goals.QualificationsJOB REQUIREMENTS:Inside sales experience: 0.5-1 yrsCold Calling experience, preferably in IT enterprise sales (products, consulting or services)Any knowledge or experience of document/content management platforms will be a huge plusComfortable being on the phone most of the day (to cover start and end of day and lunch time by time zone)Exceptional Conversation and articulation skillsGo-getter with confidence and tenacity to foster business relationshipsOutstanding listening and communication skillsPositive and professional attitude.QUALIFICATIONS:Experience in the IT Services is preferred but not requiredAssociate's or Bachelor's degree a plusExcellent verbal communication skillsDesire for professional and personal learningHighly organized.Additional Information Please share me your updated word copy of Resume.
