Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified RN - Operating Room to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform scrubbing and circulating duties in both ASC outpatient clinic and Main OR as required.
• Ensure adherence to aseptic techniques and proper positioning of patients during surgical procedures.
• Monitor patient conditions and record crucial healthcare information during operations.
• Collaborate with anterior/posterior repair and appendectomy surgical teams to ensure effective communication.
• Provide post-operative patient assessments and assist with recovery room documentation.
• Adapt to facility policies for float coverage between like surgical units, ensuring seamless operations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of current operating room nursing experience required.
• Current ACLS and BCLS certifications.
• Previous experience with Epic charting system is a must.
• Solid scrubbing skills for ENT, gynecology, and general surgeries.
• Ability to float between ASC outpatient clinic and Main OR.
• Availability to work flexible schedules, including additional time as needed.
