Experience Level: Senior (7+ Years)

Open to 1099, W2 and Corp to Corp contracts

About the Role

Looking for a high‑caliber HRIS Solution Architect — a rare blend of Workday expertise, cross‑platform HCM knowledge, integration architecture depth, and strategic advisory experience.

This role is ideal for someone who has led Workday , Oracle , SAP SuccessFactors , ADP , or UKG implementations and can help an organization evaluate its future HCM direction.

You will play a pivotal role in helping a Workday customer to determine whether to stay on Workday or transition to a new HCM platform , while also supporting ongoing Workday operations.

⭐ What You’ll Do

Lead a full RFP evaluation across multiple HCM vendors
Compare Workday with ADP, Oracle, UKG, SAP SuccessFactors, and others
Assess functional fit , technical feasibility , integration complexity , and AI capabilities
Provide a clear recommendation for the company’s future‑state HR technology architecture
Support Workday Benefits, Advanced Compensation, Core HCM
Partner with offshore technical teams
Advise HR leadership on system strategy, cost, and implementation readiness
Prepare for a potential HCM implementation beginning in Spring 2027

⭐ Required Experience

10+ years in HR technology across Workday + at least one other major HCM

Hands‑on Workday experience in:

Proven experience evaluating or implementing:

Oracle Fusion Cloud
SAP SuccessFactors
ADP Workforce Now / WorkForce Software
UKG Pro / Dimensions

Strong integration architecture background (APIs, middleware, data lakes, Snowflake, MuleSoft)

Experience leading RFPs, vendor assessments, and contract negotiations

Understanding of AI/GenAI capabilities in modern HCM platforms

Ability to communicate with CHRO/CFO stakeholders and guide strategic decisions
