Installation Permit Coordinator at ARS in Lake Como, New Jersey

Join Air Experts in partnership with ARS, the nation's largest provider of residential HVAC, plumbing, and electrical services with 7,000+ team members and over 45 years of experience.

Pay: $20 - $26 per hour

Schedule: Monday - Fri 8am - 5pm w/ rotating Saturdays. Tues - Fri must be available to start earlier and able to work until 6pm as needed

Full-time, year-round work

Responsibilities

What We're Looking For:

• Experience with permitting and permit tracking, particularly in the HVAC or construction industries
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple permits and ensure timely submission and completion
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers, city officials, and inspectors to coordinate and schedule necessary inspections
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Excellent customer service skills to address inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
• Ability to multitask and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications

What You Need:

• Permitting experience
• Strong communication skills
• Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office)
• HVAC or home services knowledge is a plus
