Sales Assistant — Grow Into a Sales / Design Career Luxury Custom Pool Design-Build Firm · Santa Ana, CA (On-site) · Full-time, Mon–Fri · $21–$24/hour + bonus on every sale you assist on

Pacific Studio Pools designs and builds one-of-a-kind, high-end backyard pools for discerning homeowners across Southern California. We're hiring a Sales Assistant — but this is more than a support job. It's the first step on a path to becoming a Sales / Design professional with us. We're looking for someone sharp, coachable, and hungry to learn this business from the ground up — and who genuinely loves design.

This is for you if you:

• Love design — interior and exterior — and can look at a home and immediately picture how to make the outside better
• Are coachable and teachable — you take feedback well and act on it fast
• Are a strong note-taker who keeps details straight when things move quickly
• Think on your feet and look for smarter ways to get things done
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment and don't get rattled by a busy day
• Want to grow — start as an assistant, prove yourself, and move up into a Sales / Design role

What you'll do (and learn):

• Support a salesperson and the sales team day to day
• Take clear, detailed notes in meetings and calls and keep everything organized
• Respond to and qualify incoming leads
• Manage the calendar — schedule and confirm meetings, calls, and site visits
• Help prepare proposals, contracts, and client-facing documents
• Learn our CRM, our products, our design process, and our sales process inside and out

• Clear, professional written and verbal communication
• Truly interested in growing into a sales / design career — not just looking for a desk job
• Reliable and dependable, on-site in Santa Ana, Monday–Friday, 8:00–5:00, every day
• Reliable transportation

You don't need experience with our software — we use an all-in-one CRM where everything lives (leads, calendars, proposals, communication), and we'll train you on all of it. You bring the eye for design, the work ethic, and the willingness to learn; we'll teach you the rest.

• $21–$24/hour to start, based on experience
