Must hold current license to practice as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA/STNA)

What You’ll DoProvide resident care according to an approved Care Plan
Assist with daily activities, resident safety, and personal care
Understand and practice infection control procedures
Comply with all documentation/record -keeping policies including vitals
Report all violations of the Residents’ Bill of Rights immediately
Completed CNA/STNA Course / State Licensed
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Service mentality and a thirst for learning
Positive, dependable, and team-focused mindset
Excellent attendance and commitment to resident care
