Job Opportunity: Cardiothoracic Surgery Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
Start Date: Immediate
Compensation: $106.70 - $115.50 per hour
Our organization is currently in search of a Cardiothoracic Surgery Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide locum tenens support, addressing an urgent staffing requirement.
Work Schedule- Monday to Friday: 7 AM - 4 PM
- Night Call: 4 PM - 7 AM
- Assist in surgical procedures
- Prescribe medications
- Conduct patient rounds
- Order diagnostic tests
- Perform pre-operative physical examinations
- Remove sutures
- Harvest veins for procedures
Familiarity with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system: EPIC is required.
Qualifications- Certification from the American Association of Nurse Practitioners or the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants is essential.
