Position Summary

The Kronos / UKG Pro WFM Business Lead (KBL) is responsible for providing functional ownership and operational support for the UKG Pro Workforce Management (WFM) solution across assigned locations and Operating Companies. This role supports both hourly manufacturing and non-manufacturing populations and plays a critical role in ensuring accurate time capture, payroll readiness, and compliant pay outcomes. The KBL serves as the primary liaison between local Operations, HR, Payroll, and centralized HR/Payroll Operations teams, supporting the end-to-end timekeeping lifecycle from daily execution through payroll submission. The role includes hands-on troubleshooting of production issues, active management of clocks and devices in partnership with local ITC, coordination of testing and deployments, and ongoing optimization of the UKG Pro WFM environment following Project Titan. This position does not have formal people management responsibility but requires strong functional leadership, technical expertise, and the ability to influence across a highly matrixed organization.

Skills & Competencies

Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong organizational and time management skills, ability to work independently with minimal supervision, ability to influence without authority in a matrixed environment.

Experience & Education

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required, advanced functional knowledge of UKG Pro WFM (Kronos), strong understanding of payroll preparation and timekeeping dependencies, experience supporting system testing and deployments, minimum of 5 years payroll, HR, IT, or operational support experience, field or plant experience preferred, experience working in highly matrixed environments.
