Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to LTAC residents, including assessments, monitoring, and documentation
• Administer prescribed medications and monitor patient responses; manage IV therapy as needed
• Perform ongoing patient assessments and recognize changes in condition, updating the chart promptly
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to coordinate care plans, discharge planning, and transitions
• Ensure patient safety, adhere to clinical protocols, and respond promptly to emergencies or changes in status

Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse license in good standing (state-specific licensure required)
• Ability to work the night shift (18:00–06:30) and work on-site in Albuquerque, NM
• Graduation from an approved nursing program (RN degree)
• LTAC, SNF, or long-term care experience preferred
• Willingness to complete onboarding/credentialing processes as part of the assignment
