Maintenance Specialist

Our client, a manufacturing industry leader, is seeking a Maintenance Specialist to join their team. As a Maintenance Specialist, you will be part of the Maintenance Department supporting production operations. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Maintenance Specialist

Location: Appleton, WI

Pay Range: $25-$30

Shift: 6am - 2pm

What's the Job?

• Perform highly diversified duties to install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production and facility equipment.

• Provide emergency/unscheduled repairs of production equipment during production and perform scheduled maintenance repairs.

• Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and service.

• Diagnose problems, replace or repair parts, test, and make adjustments to machinery.

• Perform regular preventive maintenance on machines, equipment, and plant facilities.

What's Needed?

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.

• Minimum of one (1) year prior experience with paper converting or production machines.

• Ability to work a flexible schedule and be available for call-ins during off hours.

• Initial forklift certification with renewal every 3 years and annual aerial lift certification.

• Valid driver's license.
