Primary responsibilities include: Oversee all accounting operations, including financial reporting, planning, and analysis. Lead the month‑end and year‑end close processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Manage complex billing arrangements and partner compensation processes. Drive process improvements and technology adoption to enhance efficiency and accuracy. Ensure compliance with internal controls, regulatory requirements, and best practices. Collaborate with executive leadership on budgeting, forecasting, and strategic initiatives.
