We're in search of a Business Development Representative to join our team in the disaster restoration sector. With a focus on multifamily and commercial properties post-natural disasters, our company specializes in providing comprehensive solutions to minimize disruption for tenants and income loss for clients.


Job Function:

• Generate new business opportunities and nurture existing client relationships.
• Act as a crucial link between clients and our organization, ensuring top-notch service delivery.
• Meet sales targets through strategic planning and execution.
• Conduct educational programs to enhance sales in commercial sectors.
• Represent the company at industry events and networking functions.
• Develop strategic sales/marketing plans for clients.
• Maintain up-to-date records of sales activities in our CRM system.

Job Requirement:

• At least 3 years of outside sales experience, preferably in industries like property management, hospitality, healthcare, and industrial facilities.
• Proficiency in various sales techniques and active involvement in industry associations.
• Strong relationship-building skills, with a focus on nurturing long-term client relationships.
• Excellent organizational abilities, including proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
• Self-motivated with the ability to thrive both independently and as part of a team.
• Possession of a valid driver's license for client visits and events.
• Availability to attend networking functions in the evenings.
