Clinical Pharmacist - Home Infusion Care Leader

Option Care Health is seeking an entry-level Clinical Pharmacist to provide safe and appropriate pharmacy services in the home-care setting. You will coordinate patient services with Nursing, monitor progress toward goals, and educate patients, caregivers and staff on medication use.
