Come help organizations be their best, while you reach new heights with a team that has your back.Your Impact:You will help craft Cisco's CX partner strategy, collaborating closely with senior leaders to scale partner programs that drive global growth for Cisco.As a Partner Strategy Manager you will:Develop and execute partner-led customer success strategies to accelerate customer adoption and value realizationDrive projects that identify and explore new opportunities and business models to develop partner capabilities and services, then lead the decision-making, execution and success metrics to make those opportunities a realityWork closely with Cisco business units and cross-functional leadership to formulate long-term strategic priorities and plans related to partner service offerings, engagement models, and ecosystem growth opportunitiesInfluence across external and internal collaborators, partnering closely with Cisco’s CX, partner, sales, product, partner programs and other teamsBecome an expert in Cisco’s partner business and have a deep understanding on the markets we serve and competitors we faceJoining the CX Technical Partner Strategy team will give you the chance to explore highly complex problems, gain insight into how we drive growth through the Cisco Partner ecosystem, and establish relationships with people across the entire organization.Minimum Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience5+ years' experience in partner ecosystems within enterprise technology. 8+ years overall working experience in customer success, management consulting, professional services, or partner strategyDemonstrated leadership and communication skills to work with senior leaders across various geographiesSolid understanding of high-tech industry and the role partners play, with proven ability to ramp up quickly in new areasExcellence in all areas of strategy development, including project management, business analysis, problem solving, verbal and written communication, consensus building, and influencing without direct authorityOutstanding business judgment, including strategic decision-making with tactical execution, interpersonal savvy, and a resilient problem solverPreferred Qualifications:Partner management and customer success experience in a fast paced environment within technologyExperience translating technical solutions and services into customer value and business outcomes in sophisticated environmentsStrong organizational, analytical, and influencing skills with the ability to lead multiple projects with minimum supervisionWhy Cisco?
