Position Overview:
Seeking an experienced Certified Surgical Technologist with recent liver transplant experience to support a high-volume transplant and specialty surgery program. Candidates must be able to independently scrub liver recipient transplant procedures.
Required Certifications BCLS
NBSTSA Certified Surgical Technologist (CST)
Required Experience Minimum 2 Years of Surgical Technologist Experience
Recent Liver Transplant Experience (Required)
Ability to Independently Scrub Liver Recipient Transplants

Large Open Belly Cases
General Surgery

Equipment Experience Da Vinci Xi Robotic Surgical System
Key Responsibilities Prepare operating rooms and sterile fields for complex surgical procedures
Independently scrub and assist during liver transplant surgeries
Anticipate surgeon needs during procedures
Maintain strict sterile technique and infection prevention standards
Handle surgical instruments, supplies, and specialty equipment
Support multidisciplinary surgical teams during high-acuity cases
Participate in call coverage and holiday rotations as required
