Accounts Payable / Receivable / Payroll Clerk Bellingham Ford is looking for a reliable, organized, and detail oriented Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable / Payroll Clerk to join our team. This is a full-time position supporting the dealership's accounting and administrative operations. Schedule * Monday - Friday, 8:00AM - 5:00PM Starting Pay * $24.00 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications Benefits

- Full-time, Monday - Friday schedule
- Process and maintain accounts payable invoices and payments
- Assist with accounts receivable and daily accounting transactions
- Process payroll accurately and on schedule
- Maintain employee payroll records and timekeeping information
- Reconcile accounts and assist with month-end procedures
- Review invoices and supporting documentation for accuracy
- Post payments, receipts, and other financial transactions
- Communicate with vendors and employees regarding account or payroll questions
- Maintain organized accounting records and documentation
- Assist the accounting department with daily administrative tasks
- Protect confidential financial and employee information
- Perform other accounting and administrative duties as assigned
- Previous experience in accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, or general accounting preferred
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Strong computer and data-entry skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Professional communication and customer-service skills
- Automotive dealership or DMS experience is a plus, but not required
