Mentorship Recruiter Help Drivers Succeed from Day One Join our Albuquerque, NM team as a Mentorship Recruiter . In this role, you'll recruit, onboard, mentor, and support drivers as they begin and grow their careers within our transportation network. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, coaching others, and helping people achieve success. You'll play a key role in attracting new drivers while providing the guidance and support they need to thrive. Benefits Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance 401(k) with company match Paid Time Off (PTO) and paid holidays Monday-Friday schedule Career growth and development opportunities Supportive and team-oriented work environment Responsibilities of Mentorship Recruiter: Recruit & Connect with Drivers Identify and attract qualified driver candidates Build relationships through networking, referrals, and community outreach Attend job fairs and recruiting events Promote driving opportunities within the local market Onboard & Mentor New Drivers Guide candidates through the hiring process Conduct onboarding and orientation sessions Assist drivers with required paperwork and onboarding steps Serve as a mentor and trusted resource for new drivers Provide coaching and support to help drivers succeed Driver Support & Engagement Build and maintain positive relationships with active drivers Offer ongoing guidance, encouragement, and support Help improve driver satisfaction and retention Foster a positive and welcoming driver culture Reporting & Team Collaboration Maintain accurate recruiting and onboarding records Track hiring, onboarding, and retention results Provide updates to leadership Collaborate with internal teams to support driver success Qualifications of a Mentorship Recruiter: Experience in recruiting, customer service, sales, coaching, mentoring, or a related field preferred Strong communication and relationship-building skills Excellent organizational and time-management abilities Self-motivated and dependable Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Positive, professional, and team-focused attitude Passion for helping others succeed Why Join Us?
