Are you ready to be the analytical architect behind our next phase of growth? Alter Domus is on a mission—and we need a data visionary to fuel it. We're not looking for someone to just generate reports. We need a Senior Manager who can predict the future from the patterns of the past, transforming raw data into the strategic intelligence that drives sales and revenue decisions. This isn't a back-office role. You'll be interacting directly with our Chief Commercial Officer and Global Leadership Team in our New York office, influencing quarterly strategies and shaping how we compete and win in the global marketplace. Be the Commercial Intelligence Powerhouse

• Move us beyond vanity metrics into predictive, actionable intelligence
• Uncover hidden revenue opportunities in complex data landscapes using

advanced analytics * Present game-changing insights to C-suite leaders during strategic business reviews * Become the "go-to" expert when leadership asks: "What does the data really tell us? WHO YOU ARE

The Credentials: * Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Statistics, Data Analytics, or related quantitative field * 10+ years of battle-tested experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Business Intelligence * Financial services DNA: You've thrived in alternative investments, Big Four, consultancy, asset management, or similar high-stakes environments * Management-level experience with your sights set on senior leadership The Technical Arsenal: * Power BI, Tableau, or Salesforce CRM Analytics — you build dashboards in your sleep

• Advanced Excel (VBA, Power Query) and SQL — you speak the language of data
• Salesforce & Outreach — you know how to extract value from CRM architecture
