Attorney - Transportation Senior Associate

THE POSITION

Goldberg Segalla has an immediate opportunity for a Senior Associate and/or Partner to join our Transportation practice in one of our New Jersey offices. Goldberg Segalla’s nationwide Transportation practice group is a full-service legal team focused on all aspects of the trucking, transportation, and logistics industries.

THE QUALIFICATIONS

Qualified candidates will have 7+ years of experience taking and defending depositions, drafting and arguing dispositive motions, and preparing for arbitrations, mediations and trial. The ideal candidate writes effectively, thinks strategically, and has practiced in one or more areas of civil litigation, such as transportation, general liability, and/or insurance defense.

THE BENEFITS

The annualized salary range for this position is $100,000-$165,000. Actual pay may be adjusted based on experience and other job related factors permitted by law. This position also offers bonuses, and a full benefits package.
