About Hope Villages of America (formerly RCS Pinellas) For over 50 years, HVA's mission has been to empower individuals and families to build brighter futures by providing safety, nourishment, and stability in times of need. We support our neighbors who face hunger, homelessness, domestic violence, or a lack of basic needs. Staff and volunteers serve individuals and families with effective support and compassion. We help those in need, the most vulnerable among us, get back on a path to self-sufficiency with dignity. Hope Villages of America is a cooperative of professional staff members, integral volunteers, and partnering faith congregations of many denominations that have joined together to provide reliable services within Pinellas County.
